During conversations with our clients we are often aware that there is a need for a service, which offers both help and advice on many different aspects of their business.

For example the types of questions we are often asked are:

Is my Computer system adequate and am I using it sensibly?
Am I doing my VAT and PAYE correctly - have I any concerns from a visit?
How should I set about approaching my bank for the correct facilities?
How can I ensure my accountant is able to do an efficient and cost effective job for me?

Just as it is wrong to use the rear view mirror when driving forward - so financial information must be quickly available to allow the correct way ahead to be seen.

Whilst help on these subjects is already available from a variety of sources it all too often turns out to be too specialised, too expensive or is rendered ineffective by a failure to understand and communicate what is needed. Your accountant would (quite rightly) charge you a considerable amount for sorting out your computer system, your Bank Manager probably has little experience of operating VAT, and the list goes on... The solution: We are experienced business advisers who understand the level of support required and we can be called on regularly or just when a problem occurs. The Future:

After this you may choose from one of the following levels of on-going support:

Business Hot Line: Entitles you to telephone help and advice on any subject for a year.
Regular Check Up: A regular visit to you premises once a week, once a month or once a year for a day or less to make sure everything is in order and heading in the right direction.
Ad-hoc support: A visit to your premises as and when any tricky situation arises, or to help you cope with unexpected administrative work-loads (e.g. end of Year or VAT quarters).
